i know a couple people but really its variety that i look for maybe i would have better luck in the spring locally

When I get shipped eggs I set them in the incubator and let them come up to temperature and settle but I don't turn on the turner for a day or two. I have had some good hatches and some not to good. One set of eggs I got 4 out of 12 eggs but there have been others where I have gotten 8 plus out of 12eggs. I did get a dozen eggs where 5 hatched and when I candled discovered the other 7 were not fertile, so out of the fertile eggs all 5 hatched.
