Has anyone ordered coops/runs from Chicken Condos?

@SnootyHen Any update on your coop? Do you like it? I was thinking of ordering a new coop and run from Chicken Condos as an upgrade, but am unsure if it is worth it. It sounds like they're a nightmare to work with.

I would not recommend them. They were very difficult to work with and never ended up shipping the correct items. I had to keep calling and emailing to follow up and what one person would tell me, someone else would apologize and tell me I was given wrong information.

I ended up cancelling the coop order and begging someone to help me build one which is good because chicken math happened and there's no way that little coop would have worked out anyway. I did keep some of the run pieces they shipped. They ended up not asking me to return the damaged parts and I was able to repurpose them into a larger run so that was good. But all in all it was not a smooth transaction and I feel like you can do much better somewhere else.

I will add though that the pieces I have for the run are fantastic and extremely durable and predator proof and I do wish I could buy more to expand my run. The downside is the structural poles/posts are square and hard to fit roof or other pieces to. They connect flush with the coop which is great but the rounded poles of typical fencing is more accommodating to attaching things that are not right angles (if that makes sense). So if you want to buy the entire run from them and are okay with their prices, I would recommend the pieces if you can get them to ship you the right items in a timely manner (which I could not) but know that they don't play well with others once you have them.

Thank you so much for this info. I think I'll pass on getting a coop from them based off of your experience. Their products look tempting, but poor customer service is a big turn off. Glad you were able to find someone to build your coop. Probably sturdier and more to your liking anyway. I might consider the run if I can't find anything else I like elsewhere.
