Has anyone raised call ducks and silkies together?

We are getting some call ducks (a pair) and a friend of mine said that they would happily live with our silkie chicken flock. I am wondering if anyone has had experience with this and could fill us in on some pros and cons!

As adults?
Maybe, if you don't have drakes to rape the chickens.
As chicks/ducklings?
No, ducklings love to get wet and make their whole brooder wet, that chills the chicks who do not want to be wet and they die.
