Has anyone seen this happen to an incubated egg?

This egg was only 4-5 days a long in incubation and I noticed it “seeping“ out. I pulled the egg it was a dud. I definitely don’t want any chance of exploding eggs! The shell is very very rough too. Not smooth like a normal egg. I seem to have a pullet laying these rough eggs. I got one today actually.

When an egg has crusty little spots like that it usually means it is rotten. Very pretty blue eggs!
Thank you! They are from my Wheaten Ameraucana flock. I’ve hatched a fair number of eggs and this was my first possible rotten/explosive egg scare. I have gotten a couple rough (almost like really fine sandpaper). If I keep getting them I may cull the hen that’s laying them. I’m wondering too if the broken eggs that keep happening (I see yolk on the eggs in the nesting box) are from her too. Oh, and I’ve been getting rubber shell-less eggs.
