Has anyone set up a Baby/Security camera to monitor their nest/flock?

Has anyone set up a camera to monitor their nest?
If so, what is the best setup?

I did before, when they were chicks. I used cardboard so i just cut a hole in the side, stuck the lens through (out of pecking range of course0, then just hooked it up to my computer. I used a webcam. Pretty cool to watch them without disturbing them.
