I actually use an old solid bottom large plastic heated dog dish I picked up on clearance for $5. I turned it upside down and sat my regular plastic waterer on top and it does the job nicely. It is also raised up on a wooden stand about 6".

I bought an electric water bucket from the feed store and it has been wonderful for the winter. I haven't seen one like you linked to. Just make sure your extension cord has a ground prong. woundn't want to zap those chickens!!
