I have read about feather pecking and it says there is spray to spray on the one getting picked on to stop the others from picking on her......im just curious if anyone has done this before???

I've used sour apple spray on Parrots and canaries, but I don't know if it would work with a chicken. Don't know why not, but finding why they feather peck, is it hierarchy, board, crowded, or lacking protein or some mineral. (Just suggestions that I would go down through)

ive seen em do it at night when they are roosting......idk why they do it! they should go to sleep!

Apparently chickens may be picking at/eating each others feathers because of a deficiency in the diet that sunflower seeds help correct. So supplementing with sunflower seeds can deter feather picking/eating.

Black oil sunflower seeds = methionine.

If there is picking try increasing space, adding more feeders/waterers, decreasing bordem, increasing protein, increasing methionine, decreasing the pickers.

No in the shell is fine. Molasses in the water, a tablespoon per quart might help. A cabbage to pick on is good too. Have you checked for mites/lice? I have never had those yet, but I hear they are more active at night.
