There might be less swelling in the more recent picture but her nares are still clearly blocked. I really think you need to try and deal with that, rather than just putting onions near her.

It's not fun but sometimes causing a bit of fear or pain or discomfort for the animals we care for is necessary, when it's in their best interests.
