Has my goat been disbudded incorrectly?

I bought a 4 week old Nubian buckling last week he has been disbudded and has the scabs but I am now seeing nubs about a half inch in front of the scabs. Was he disbudded incorrectly? What should I do?

Contact the breeder with your concern. Bucklings are much more difficult to disbud since their horns grow so much bigger with a wider base. The breeder should redo it if they are growing back at no charge to you. If not...
