it hatched !!!

So we had our early hatcher but now we are day 31 with an egg still moving am I suppose to help somehow ? It hasn't externally pipped but has internally pipped it has been rocking/ vibrating for 3 days now am I'm starting to stress because the moving is slowing down does anyone have any advice on this one ?

If it was me I would at least create a safety hole in the top of the shell will a drill bit so it doesn’t run out of air, if all the other eggs have hatched a while ago I would assist but take that advice with a grain of salt

Okay this is something I have been humming and arring about all day I read the article of how to do it I've just been hunting for advice on whether to attempt an assist or wait I wish it would just externally pip

I assisted several of my chicken eggs successfully, if you decide to assist peel the shell first and not the membrane to make sure you don’t cut blood vessels
I assist my eggs earlier than what most people would advise

Okay fantastic that's what I needed to hear may I ask when I take the egg out and create a safety hole should I put the egg on a warm damp towel while I try and create the hole ?

That’s probably a good idea, I used a heat pad, don’t don’t keep it out for too long
