Has this Chick Passed? Urgent

I was seeing movement earlier today about 12 hours ago, but i dont see anything now, not even the beak opening up. The other chicks will peck every once and a while at it and nothing. Has this chick passed?

I would like to add, it does seem like it pipped below the air cell. Im not sure if its possible that this would be whats supposed to be its internal pip, but still id think I would see beak movement... and it looks very very wet

It did look like there was bleeding from the pip originally. I removed some of the shell around the pip and no movement or noise. The inside of the egg also looks very red. Im assuming she bled out from a nicked vessel. If anyone could give me any other ideas id be very hapoy to hear. Ill give it until tomorrow but i am quite certain this one is gone. I went ahead and removed the other chicks and put in the brooder
