Places here won't take homemade. And if you sell them, you have to be licensed and labeled and registered and traceable. And you have to state all allergens, and that it is made/packaged in a non-inspected kitchen.
BUT get this, I go to actual shops - like a big named meat market, and they're selling products they make and there are NO ingredient labels and no dates. WTF, I have to do it, why don't they?
Or I go to farmers markets and they're selling things they made, and no labels, no dates, no ingredients. So I guess it's only if you get CAUGHT or reported.
