my hum is between 35 and 40 is that too high?

should we remove the vent plugs now, or just remove one, or wait and remove them on day 18, like it says in the manual?

I don't totally trust the manual, so I figured I'd ask here. You won't steer me wrong............ Right?

I have 14 mutts in the bator right now, due the 5th. all of them are half EE. i have leghorn, rhode island red, barred rock, brahma, buff orpington and ISA brown eggs in there. but the EE is my only roo. im fairly excited for all of the.....umm....strange combinations that will come from this. and i have only one vent plug pulled out of my bator, as per the manual. its my first time incubating.
