Hatch day(s)

Today is hatch day for my first batch of chicks. I have BBS Marans, BCM Marans, and two of what i believe are my barred rock roo/ RIR hen. One splash Marans in the incubator has hatched, a BCM and a Blue Marans has hatched under my broody hen. Tomorrow i have BBS Ameraucana due, then Saturday i have White polish and blue laced Red Wyandotte due. It’s a busy week!

First batch from the incubator will be given to this hen to go along with the Marans chicks she hatched. The rest later in the week will be in a separate brooder

One last BCM hatched. This one had a curled middle toe. Taped it up and it’s good to go!
