Today is day 21! Last night (1) lavender orpington started cracking. Three AM a 2nd one. Now I have a Lemon Cuckoo Orpington cracking. I have 32 eggs total but since my very first hatch and eggs were obtained thru mail, I'm happy to see anything showing life! I can hear peeping too. I am soooooooooooooo excited! I have BCM's & Delawares too but nothing happening there. I'm hoping the BCM's will show me something soon but I know their shells are thicker so not discouraged yet.
