I ran in and checked immediately to see a big fat nothing.

This little Silkie just HAS to make it. My son is wanting her so bad. Honestly though, on day 18 the embryos looked smaller than they normally do so they may be just a bit behind. They were all still active then.

The 2 eggs that pip early this morning of mine are slow as heck!

why can't chicks just hatch and get it over with? soon they pip they need to keep going till there out! but nooooooooo they gotta take hourly breaks the frizzle egg pip is the same and the green NN egg that pip has gotten a tiny bit bigger not much

I do remember warning SOMEBODY (not sure who) that it can be 5 minutes to 3 days from pip to hatch... it wasn't you, was it?

Lol oh no i no it can take up to 3 days.... my very first hatch it took one of my chicks a day and 4 hours to hatch from pip zip and out


i just hate waiting is all ...lol

Otherwise you better stock up and pack a lunch, cuz you'll be staring at that 'bator for a long time! LOL!
