Oh, I feel the same way. I showed Hubby a shirt-tail-full of chicks I was bringing in this morning and he said "Ewww, put them back. They aren't 'finished' growing feathers yet.".

everytime i go * cluck cluck cluck * she trys again

and the one frizzle that pip when i go *cluck cluck cluck* she peeps back as well

I know what you mean about those big doe eyes - my show girl has them. They just melt your heart!

Wellllllllllllllllll................someone in my bator is chirping her little head off!!! I am pretty sure it is coming from the EE/BSL cross that belongs to my mother. However, I think I heard another quieter chirp from the direction of my little silkie.

How are the little cuties doing???? Can't wait to see more pics!!!

Ok here are two of the frizzle babies I got from Lisa:

I had pm'd her about the color of the wing feathers coming in and how crazy they are. Today was run and leap day. They had to stay in their brooder half the day because it was raining and they didn't like it - so when I put them in their little outdoor area they went insane.

This one looks like blue bar or cuckoo?

The bars are pretty even at this point, but I admit I know NUTTIN'

Here is the one who has a row of white feathers, then the second row is jet black:

and here is the little chunky nugget who has wings longer than her body. She has the spot like she should bar, but so far looks black:
