Hatch not half done and Im afraid of pollution! Help!?

Hmm I was just thinking...
About 90% of the time the temps were 99 degrees in a still air.
Could it be the temp is slowing down? Its about 102 now at 65% humidity

When messing with eggs in lockdown, you don't want to change how they are laying. So, no problem washing the incubator, but putting them in an egg carton and then laying them back down is a big no-no.

Low temps could be delaying your hatch. Do you have a staggered hatch? If some hatched out early, then low temps are less likely unless you have cool spots in the incubator.

I layed them sideways in the cartons just as they were laying...
I had guineas in there but set the chickens to hatch the same day
