Since they have hatched, I think they deserve their own thread.

I have five out of eight eggs that hatched last night and early this morning.

Pictures in a bit. Just waiting on the last one to finish getting fluffy!

Chicky #1 Hatched at 22:40 1/7/11

#2 Hatched at 12:25 1/8/11

#3 Hatched sometime this morning before I got up 1/8/11.

#4 Hatched sometime this morning before I got up 1/8/11.

#5 Hatched at Approx 13:00 1/8/11.

Thank youfor the adorable pics. They are so adorable. But I have to ask. How did you sleep knowing they were hatching. I am on my 1st time. They are due on either the 20th or the 21st. I don't think I will be able to sleep knowing this is happening. LOl sound like a new mommy to be.

Aw, how sweet! Congratulations! During my first ever hatch, I was up three days straight! I was wobbling and had to crash afterward, LOL.

Keep in mind, that it can be HOURS between Pip and hatch. Patience will be a must.

Adorable chicks! I just went through my very first hatch too. They are so cute. One quick question, are you putting down any paper towels in the plastic tote you have them in? I would just so they have something to grip with their feet. What kind of chicks are they?

#6 just hatched!!!!!

I didn't see a pip at all. I just happened to be watching when it split the shell!

This one popped out kinda like my Coturnix did. Popcorn!!
