Hatch one left behind

Hello! We were given 4 bantam
Chicken eggs and 2 “ regular sized” chicken eggs to hatch for a friend. One regular sized egg never developed. All 4 bantams hatched yesterday. There is one egg left, it looked great under candling before lock down. But now No pips or signs of hatching. No shaking or cheeping. How much longer do I give it? Today is day 21. We started at 0 for the first day of counting since it went into the incubator in the afternoon.

I'd give it at least one more day. Sometimes you have a few stragglers.

Another day or two. Hens give their eggs 3 days to hatch from first chick to last chick, so I try to do the same once hatchings show up.
