hatch rate

I just hatched my first batch of eggs from my mixed flock & am wondering what kind of hatch rate I should've gotten. I set 42 eggs in my purchased incubator (with fan), about 6 looked infertile at day 10. 22 hatched plus one pipped but died in shell (I think others pecked & killed it). Is that good?

! Pleased you joined us! If you received your eggs through the mail I'd say that is a very good hatch rate.
