Hatch Trouble

My chicks are hatching right now. #1 is doing great. #2 and #3 are concerning me. Their bottome appears to have insides coming out? Is there anything I can do to help it? I hate to see the little guy suffering. They are weaker than the first one. I know there is probably an answer already on this thread, but I would sure like any advice quickly. Thank you.

They have an umbilical cord that can sometimes can look like insides coming out all gooey slimy looking some look worse then other chicks. A pic would be helpful then you could really get better advice
