This comment may go counter to the attempts at recovery from us hatchaholics...but I see where you're talking about "Building" an incubator.
I have a situation here where I have one egg that is behind the others by too many days.  They are being sat on by my broody silkie hen, not incubator. The egg is very important to me for a variety of reasons.
Can you please share your method, or a link to how to build an incubator?
I don't "need" it for long, just under a week. I have very limited skills for constructing anything.
Can you help?

Well, my grandfather came up today and we found a coop design and walked out to the building and made a list of what we don't have. He's coming back up next week so we can build it. I need chickens for it! Actually, I've got 80, think I've already got chickens for it.....

Oh, sorry - that means when you candle it, you just see a yolk, no development, even after a couple of weeks - no veining, no blood ring. So, infertile, most likely.

yeye5 - A double yolker is an egg that has two yolks in it. Twins are very rare in the chicken world, so usually an egg that has two yolks in it doesn't develop. Although I definitely did see a video on YouTube of twin chicks hatching so it's not impossible, just unlikely!
