This question has probably been posted before, but...
During lockdown, when some of my chicklets have hatched, they kick around the not-yet-hatched eggs. I don't want to open the incubator, obviously, but won't it cause problems for the eggs to be rolled around while they are trying to hatch?

Nope it actually encourages them to get out all the cheeping and movement.

I always leave at least one hatched chick in the incubator. And relax about opening the incubator. Broody hens will get up off the nest to eat and drink everyday, even when there are chicks hatching. A few minutes will not hurt anything. I take out the more boisterous ones if they are really harassing the newly hatched ones. Those freshly out of the egg need to rest. But it doesn't hurt the eggs any for them to get kicked around.
