Hatched chicks for the first time!!!

We hatched our first chick today, and it seems to have something sticking out of its back. Did we do something wrong?

You can't really do anything wrong. They hatch themselves so its probaby okay. i have never really heared of that so i dont really have any advise. Sorry.
Everything always works out in the long run.
