Hatched Chicks, Unhatched Eggs

Hi all.
I have nine eggs in an incubator, two of which have hatched. These two are now flapping around in the incubator knocking all the other eggs around. Is this going to harm the yet to hatch chicks in any way or will they be ok?

That's what happens, they should be fine.

The peeping of the hatched chicks should encourage the other eggs to start hatching.
