I have a hen that had two chicks (the third passed away sadly) but apparently some of my other chickens laid some late eggs in the nest, not sure when and seem to be developing but not sure how far along. Will mom teach the babe's to eat and leave the eggs (she's in a dog crate to stop the other hens from causing problems) or should I take them inside to my brooder to teach them how to eat, and give them back or raise them on my own. I don't want her to abandon the other eggs but I don't want to take her babies away, and I don't want them hurt. Any help is appreciated.

Candle the eggs to see if it is worth it. If they are fertile then I would leave the eggs with the mom and raise the myself. You might score some more chicks!
