I have a couple of frizzles myself and they come to me for cuddling all the time I can sit with them and pet and they will stay on my lap until I put them down then a few mins later they want me to pick them up again. They are the softest chickens ever.

Oh my goodness how adorable! I love her!

Ok so here some updates on 2 that have pink skin in this hatch. Which everything we have read says black or gray skin. This leads us into thinking we have 2 oops.

Thanks Scott

Your oops are gorgeous. They are getting better looking. They don't look like purebred silkies but that wouldn't bother me. My guess is they are sizzles.

Ya I love the look of the first one seconds not bearded which I think helps a lot. As long as there hens I got no problem keeping with the silkies as long as I can id the eggs. My worries is second ones a roo.

So far I have no guesses either way on sexes. You might have to wait a while. Anything silkie can be tricky.

Silkies are very difficult to sex before 4-5 mos. of age and sometimes not till they crow or lay. Oops chicks make it more difficult since we don't know what else is in the mix.

The second one appears to have a silkie comb but, not big enough to worry it's a cockerel(Yet)

I will update this. We looked at the skin again in good sunlight and both birds have what appears to be a grayish color. I don't know that it change from pink or if the heat lamp screwed with anyone eyes but it is gray not pink.
