I kept 2 from my classroom 4H hatchings. These were the 2 smallest, but I think I have one pullet and one roo. I'm hoping the light red is a hen and thinking the brown one is a roo. I have no idea what kind, the brown one has changed and continues to change each day! I would appreciate any ideas.
Thanks,
Sharon

the buff looks like a girl....could even be a new hampshire red but my guess id buff orp.

The other is looking a little roo-ish....... partridge rock?

some breeds combs come in quicker than others. i would wait awhile to get rid of it , if you have to. I got rid of 2 olive eggers thinking they were roo's.....wrong! They laid BCM colored eggs for their new owners. HOW DEPRESSING...........SIGH

The EE is for sure, the Buff Rock is still iffy, though.
