Hatched in the turner!

Just heard chirping coming from my incubator room. Very confused as nothing is due to hatch for 4 more days. There's a brand new BCM trying to climb over other eggs in the turner. There's still 4 days left on the counter! I was SO not expecting that!
Think I should take the turner out today in case there are other early birds?

Wow what day did you set? Could one of your hens have sat on any of the eggs before you put them in the incubator?

Ok, took the turner out. Found another one pipped. Yay!

I just talked to the woman I got them from (we traded 24 eggs for fun). She said Marans often hatch early. I've never read that.
Now I'm excited. It's HATCH DAY!
