Hatched on day 18?!? HELP!

Hi, I have 80 eggs due to hatch in 3 days(27th), this morning I went to move them into the bottom hatcher when I heard "peep peep peep", I looked at the back of the incubator and their was a Tennessee White Muff chick completely out of the shell and almost completely fluffed out. What on earth happened? Why did it hatch so early? I have a Sportsman and the temp and humidity was spot on through out the incubation. All help is appreciated!

What temp is your incubator running at? Early hatch means a higher temp. We run ours right at 100F and turkey, peafowl eggs hatch early for us. If it was just one it maybe just an early hatcher. I have had that to and the rest hatch right on time.
