At day 33 I worry that they are getting dehydrated, but not knowing more about your setup I'm a little hesitant to make suggestions. Mine usually hatch on day 27, and don't poop until out of the shell... your chick is at day 33, so it's very possible that it needs fluids.

Make sure she is still warm in the bator ! She is adorable. I don't know why her neck would be swollen but pooping is always a good sign

Yes it's warm I keep checking on that... Ya her neck is like thick all around her head
