Small chick... 45 grams to 39 grams is about what I would expect if they aren't eating. Hopefully she won't lose more and will start gaining.

When I have a young one that isn't eating much I add some water to the crumbles. They seem to eat more, almost immediately. Just enough to moisten it, not to make it soupy. Instead of water you can use juice from canned meats too, chicken and tuna makes them go wild.

She is good running around! Gaining weight and eating on her own I still make sure she eats while I'm watching but I've caught with out me directing her to food

It is white, the fun part will be you won't be able to sex it until at least around 7 months.
