due to my shipped eggs coming in at different times (best laid plans failed

) - I have one set of eggs that has July 11 as day 18 and a second set that has July 16 as day 18. I know I need to separate them on July 11, and thought that if I could build a hatcher then that would be good - I know I need heat and humidity, and plenty of air flow. I currently own a LG Still Air w/ turner. I have looked over all the great build your owns on here, and think I can figure this thing out (HA) - now, my question is ... Is this correct thinking?? I do need to separate right?

Oh geeze LOL I have lots of little bantam eggs just growing and growing (with a handful of standards mixed in)

Yes, you need a hatcher. If you hatch with them together the bacteria from the first hatch can kill the second hatch.
