I just checked mypetchicken.com and they have some of the chicks you were wanting ready in April if you want to go give them a look

Oh you might need to go the Columbia area, if they are not there go to Greenville/Upstate.

Do you know of hatcheries in the upstate? I'm there and having some trouble finding any!

Sal's Ole Timey Feed and Seed is in Columbia and is offering a lot of sexed chicks this year, ive never bought from them...but was told they have good quality. Carolina Rare Chicks in Lamar is run by world renowned Daniel Valasquez...he breeds show quality orpingtons and typically has marans too...but know thats money! Super awesomw guy and great quality. Also, check out American Homestead Institute they ship to us South Carolinians for $25 or less! Im waiting on my chicks from them now...they do breed quality. Michelle Brinkley (Dreamy Acres) is just over the NC line...check out Mother Cluckin Chicken too, shes in Hopkins i think...but the biggest thing is that sexed chicks are much harder to come by...unless you are getting sexlinks...now soon ill be breeding legbars, barnevelders, faverolles, true ameraucana (mottled), polish (white crested), swedish flowers and a few other breeds...im in darlington county...but i eill only jave 2 sexlinked breeds...ice cream bars and legbars...they are more expensive.
