I wish to produce 5000 to 6000 partridge and pheasant a year.
    - How large a laying flock do I need for each species?
    - I want to get two setters to incubate partridge and pheasant eggs separately, how large should each setter be?
    - Who are the most reliable and consistent complete setter/hatcher with relevant trays and accessories (egg candling, premium thermometers, etc, etc) required to setup a hatchery for producing 5000 to 6000 partridge and pheasant a year?

    cheers

Well, I don't know that much about those types of birds. How many eggs do the lay in a week? How many weeks in a year do they lay? Do they sell well all year long, or is there more of a seasonal thing?
