Hatchery cochins vs showbird stock cochins

So I was wondering where I might could find some good quality large fowl cochins or hatching eggs that are better than standard hatchery stock. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Where in the world are you located? You might be able to find breeders near you via a Google Search, Craigslist, or Facebook. I hear Cackle Hatchery has pretty good quality birds, too.

I’m in Georgia if you can’t find any closer. However, I do not ship and though my birds came from good quality stock I’m still working on SOP myself. It’s a start though and a huge difference from hatchery quality in simply size alone.
