HATCHERY DESIGN

Good day

Am about to start my small hatchery but i have a difficulty in designing the housing

I have a building which was a double garage measuring 10m x 8m which I would like to modify into a small hatchery house.

Please assist how do I go about in terms of design and other requirements

I do have the following:

2112 incubator
Electricity
Backup generator
Water supply
Tank
Bakkie
