Hatchery for sexed Easter Egger chicks

What hatchery would people recommend for Easter Egger chicks? I would prefer a more blue egg versus green, but more important is health and temperament for the bird. I am in Maryland if that influences which would be better for shipping. In order to get sexed chicks, you have to go with a big hatchery right?
