Hatching a wild turkey egg. Help?

So I have NO experience and need some help/education on where exactly I’m at in the hatching process or if the egg is even fertile. I see the air sack and a black mass inside but do not see the veins. I’ve had it for 12 days. Any insight?

I'm no expert, but with no veins at this stage, that egg does not look viable.
