Hey guys i'm trying to hatch some eggs here but i'm having trouble. I have a male and female mallard duck and i am wanting to get acouple more. I bought a air fan cooled incubator that has a auto tilt on it too. Every day set at 99 degrees and the humitity at 45-55 I got some eggs from the mama duck, cleaned them very gently with slightly warm water and a towel and put them into the incubator. I candled them on day 3,5,7, and today day 10.
I don't get it!! I cannot see anything.. am i missing something here????
help!

I'm not seeing anything.. How long did the eggs sit before you got them and under what conditions? Have you seen them mate?

My ducks free roam during the day time. I put them into their box full of nice hay that they make a nest in. i gathered the eggs as soon as i got home from school. so i couldnt be so sure how long they sat for. I put them in at 8 and take them out around 2 (when i get home) not days on end or anything. As for temperature i would guess around 50? Yeah as soon as they get out of the box they run over to the pond and mate haha. Thinking it could have to do with my male duck though. He is partialy "prolapsed". He kind of managed to figure out how to deal with it though. It never got dry and crusty but whenever he poops his weewee will fall out and he will suck it back up the vent in about 10 seconds.

Didnt happen to post this but i am currently incubating 4 eggs and all oh which look exaclty the same when candled. Just like the pictures.
