Hatching Assorted Coturnix Quail Eggs

I bought an assortment of quail eggs labeled "Assorted Coturnix Quail Eggs, including 4 Celadon Blue Eggs. Bird types may includePearl, Snowy, Silver, Tuxedo, Tibetan, Pastel, Pansy, Italian, Jumbo Brown, or Jumbo Recessive White."
I plan to build my own incubator to hatch them.
Any pointers specifically geared towards quail or these specific breeds?
I raised quail growing up but I didn't do much with them. They weren't broody at all so they would just drop eggs wherever and I would just hunt around the coop for them. I tried using an incubator to hatch a few but I was pretty young and the adult controlling the incubator somehow let the chicks burn up. After that I've been terrified of using an incubator.

I'm confused... you've already bought eggs but haven't built an incubator yet? If that's the case I would recommend buying an incubator and a seperate thermometer/hygrometer. I would test the therm/hygrom for accuracy and let the incubator run for a day or two to get it dialed in before putting in the eggs....

The eggs won't be here for another week and my items to build the incubator will be here tomorrow.
I know the basics for incubating quail, I suppose I was just wondering once they hatch if there was anything special I could do for them.
Any extra steps I suppose.

I built my incubator. I used insulation foam for the incubator and an inexpensive thermometer/hygrometer from Walmart to monitor temp/humidity. I bought a thermostat but haven't installed it yet. It'll be installed before my next set of eggs go in. I used a 60 watt lightbulb for the heat and did manual egg turning. I also used a disposable tin pan for water for the humidity. I had a pretty decent hatch rate on shipped eggs...about 80%.

I think it shows how hardy quail chicks are. My temps were not consistent because I didn't have the thermostat. My temps ranged from 99 to 102 the entire time. Still, 18 of the 22 fertile eggs I set hatched with 2 being early quitters and 2 being late quitters.
