hatching at 18 days??!

I just put my incubator on lockdown starting today and I already have one in there that's hatched! Not hearing any others pipping and was wondering when do I remove the plugs and should I leave him or her in there to wait for the others or remove and put under heat lamp? This is my first hatch and I'm very excited and don't want to mess things up. I'm afraid the humidity will be lost if I open it but don't want to leave this one in there if the others don't hatch for the next day or so.
