Hatching at Day 40

my chicks are hatching today , i put them in the incubator on October 5th today is November 14th, is this normal ? , what should i expect ?

If theses are chickens, this is bizarre, ducks, extremely late. Are these emus or something? Perhaps your incubator is very low.

Besides "what species" are you hatching ...
When you say "hatching today" do you mean you're seeing pipping?
What incubator are you using?
What's the temp?
What's the humidity you started with? Lock down?
