Hatching chick with beak out biting air

UPDATE ... IT HATCHED
Hatching egg pipped 30 hours ago. Small progress other than to now have its beak out biting air for last 6 hrs. I’m familiar with assisting, but only with malpositioned and wrong end pips. Advice appreciated

Hi there, sounds like it hatched ok, sorry no one responded sooner.

Sometimes the chick will pause during hatching to take a break and rest, the biting motion is likely the chick absorbing more of the yolk.

Do you have pictures of the chick?
