Hatching chicken eggs again!

It's been a couple of years so I wanted to check and see if I remember correctly. At 18 days you remove the eggs from the turner and lock them in. And I'm unsure of the humidity level required. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Yes day 18, remove eggs from turner, up your humidity, I do 65-75% and don't open the bator.
