i bought a hovabator incubator, an egg turner, with a circulating fan, and purchased 24 fertile buff orpington eggs and put them in.
day 1 i got the eggs in the mail each wrapped in bubble rap and then packed in paper shreads inside a box took them out and put them in the incubator
day 3 i checked the eggs and you can see the hearts forming and the veins
day 5 you can see the eye forming and the start of the embryos
day 7you can see the embryos moving around
day 11 the egg starts to fill up and there is more to the chick
day 16 you can start to see the feet
now only 4 days left til they hatch. will update with more pictures as it goes on and they hatch out.
ok so i had a 3 eggs hatch last night all black chicks and then when i got home and one more hatched out a buff baby and its only day 19. now there are 3 more with holes starting.
day 20 there were 6 more that hatched out all my buff babies
now for the start of day 21 and the rest start to pop out.
