Hatching chickies for the first time, few questions

I had a hatch of button quail, now I'm on to frizzle and sizzle chickens. They're in the hatcher now, one is hatched, two are pipped. What I'm wondering is, the first one pipped, then took a day to zip and hatch, and now, HOURS later, it's still very wet. The two pips that I have have been pipped for almost an entire day. My button quail were pipping, zipping, hatching AND dried off within a few hours. Are chickies slower just because they're larger or what?!

it's not becuz it's a chicken but becuz of the chick itself.
if it hasn't hatched in 24 hrs then help it.
