Hatching chicks

I have a chicken tractor that is currently housing 3 Light Brahma chickens.(1 rooster, 2 hens) If I try having the chickens hatch their own eggs, will the rooster be a problem for the developing eggs or the newly hatched chicks?

I have never seen/heard of that being a problem. Broody hens are mean to anything that threatens them. Most of the time the roosters will protect the hens /eggs/chicks instead of causing problems.

My roosters have been very good to the chicks, and even keep them in line - in a good way.
