Hatching chicks

How long do most of you leave the chicks in the incubator when you have 70 eggs hatching?

I waited until the hatch was complete or 24 hours whichever came first.

I waited until several chicks were completely dry before taking out any (so at least over 24 hours after hatching), and took out one or two "batches" of chicks a day. But I have only done one hatch, so maybe others will think differently.
